Understanding iWay outages
By checking the operational status of iWay, you can determine if the problem is on your end (like your local WiFi or internet provider) or if it's a widespread server issue. If the servers are down, there is nothing you can do but wait for their engineers to fix the problem.
How to fix connection issues if iWay is NOT down
If our data shows that iWay is operational, but you still cannot connect, try the following steps:
- Unplug your WiFi router for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
- Delete stored app data or clear your web browser cache.
- Switch from a Wi-Fi connection to mobile data to rule out ISP routing issues.
- Check your app store for any pending updates for the software.
However, if iWay is truly experiencing a major outage, it is often acknowledged on their official social media channels within an hour.
