Understanding OFX outages

How to fix connection issues if OFX is NOT down
If our data shows that OFX is operational, but you still cannot connect, try the following steps:
- Restart your router and modem.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies for ofx.com.
- Disable any active VPNs or proxy servers temporarily.
- Check your app store for any pending updates for the software.
If there is a massive server failure, you will usually see other users complaining about it on platforms like Twitter/X immediately.
