What to do when PagerDuty is not working for you
If our data shows that PagerDuty is operational, but you still cannot connect, try the following steps:

- Open an incognito or private browsing window and try accessing pagerduty.com again.
- Disable any active VPNs or proxy servers temporarily.
- Update your mobile app or web browser to the newest release.
If there is a massive server failure, you will usually see other users complaining about it on platforms like Twitter/X immediately.
